| In the fuzzy picture you can see the simple wiring of the charge controller to battery disconnect. This is a “Square D” QO 60 amp DC breaker. It is used as a disconnect between the battery bank and the charger. It is a very simple setup, the positive wire runs from the positive battery out put on the controller through the breaker and on to the battery bank. The negative runs from the negative battery connector on the controller to the battery bank. You do not want to switch both wires. Make sure the cables you use have the correct amp rating for the breaker size |
